Took my son to a class on lineman hand speed and placement...basically it was hand to hand combat football style...let me tell you there is nothing like this and what he teaches anywhere in NY. Coach Tober is an all-round football guy...very informative and teaches as a coach/player...he knows the in’s and out’s, counter moves and gets pretty in depth about how and when to strike...then teaches about leverage. All I can say is WOW..plus he's got himself one hell of a training facility. Once this season is over we are gonna be taking Nick there and running it through till next season....like I said, he is a top notch coach with excellent knowledge and experience of football...can't wait to see how he transforms Nick into an O-line beast.
