ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

This program is for Overall Athletic Development for All Sports, Youth-to-Pro. We specialize in Body Mechanics & science based skill development to increase performance & ability in the following:

  • Agility & Body Control.
  • Speed & Acceleration.
  • Change of Direction.
  • Explosiveness & Power.
  • Functional Strength.
  • Flexibility & Injury Prevention.

Our training utilizes Collegiate & Pro Techniques which include mentoring, how to develop the right mindset to reach goals, smart nutrition, recovery & accountability. Aside from all this, our students/athletes learn the discipline, intensity & commitment that it takes to be successful, not only in sports, but in life!

Sessions are Monday & Wednesday – 5pm to 6pm.
